Safe Harbor Principles
When conducting vulnerability research in good faith, we consider research conducted under this policy to be:
- Authorized in balance with applicable anti-hacking laws.
- Exempt from restriction on reverse engineering or service degradation testing.
- Lawful and helpful to the overall ecosystem security posture.
Response SLAs
Our security response team aims to acknowledge new vulnerability reports within 24 to 48 hours and provide status updates regarding remediation schedules.
